ScanTECH will take on the responsibility of the planning, procurement and execution of a pipeline project, in any domain of engineering.

We will act as first point of contact for any issues or discrepancies arising from within the heads of various departments in an organization before the problem escalates to higher authorities.

ScanTECH project management will seldom individually participate directly in the activities that produces the end result, but rather strives to maintain the progress, mutual interaction and tasks of various parties in such a way that reduces the risk of overall failure, maximizes benefits, and minimizes costs.

A ScanTECH project manager will have the responsibility for the entire project from cradle to grave.

Defining expectations and putting numbers into budgets – being responsible for the execution on site as well as holding meetings with clients engineers and sponsors and handing over the final documentations and making sure that no activity is not performed as specified in the beginning of any project.

The project Manager will also be responsible for incorporating changes as projects go through the different stages in a typical “stage/gate” model that ScanTECH normally is using to keep track of progress.

ScanTECH project manager can also be “rented out” on a weekly or monthly basis.
